How to unlock the CRM document after deleting a queue with error?

If I delete a queue with error in SMQ1/SMQ2 in the interface between CRM and ECC, then when trying to make a change in the document I get the following message "Document/transaction is being distributed; changes are not possible". How to make it possible to change the document again?
