The system does not generate a collective order when you try to convert a planned order into a production order for a material whose components have a special procurement key for direct production in the MRP view. The strange thing is that when I create manually a order it appears collective. Suppose you create a production order for a finished product whose BOM contains materials for which a corresponding special procurement type (such as 52 for direct production/collective order) is defined. The system automatically generates further planed orders for production of these materials. When I try to convert the planned order to production order, the system gave me an error.

Please dear gurus, help,....

We have created a production order for an AFS material, having a direct production component the system generated an order network (collective order). Nevertheless when creating a planning order for the same material the system has only generated one planned order (and not a planned order network as expected). The same ting occurs when a requirement is created for the material. The MRP generates two planned orders, but these orders are not related in terms of direct production. Any ideas why? It seems that the systems reads the special procurement type 52 when creating a production order but doesn't consider it when creating planned orders.
