Hello, I am trying to figure out what the best way is to create and manage buffer in APO. In R3, I would typically use a schedule margin key setting of "float before or after production". However, there is no schedule margin key field in APO. What other options are there to create and manage buffer. Options I have considered so far are: creating a new "buffer" work center, increasing queue or wait times, or changing the production routings. Any help or ideas you could provide would be great.
