Hi GATP experts, Can someone please explain what I may have done wrong.: ODL Monitor -----> ODL Monitor - Used a simple sort profile -> Delivery Priority, No sort variant. Seems to be correctly setup. Read in one of the forums to save at every step before generation/ activation. Still cannot see any order. Does it have anything to do with BOP Filters ? I noticed, that we do not have SAP_ODL filter in our BOP Filter. I am not sure if it was never part of our SCM system or someone was stupid enough to delete the standard filter. Just had this idea right now, can someone confirm please if SAP_ODL filter is needed for ODL monitor. EDQA (QODL) ----> EDQA functionality does not work. Event is not triggered on change of PO or stock change. Any clue what could be the reason. ODL created
Condition profile (Activated a business function - /SAPAPO/EDQA_PPN could now be used but still EDQA does not work) It seems that the event is not getting triggered. BOP Variant in Event seems wrong. I choose F4 and select an existing variant, Filter Type/Sort profile in my variant in Greyed. But if i see the same variant in /SAPAPO/BOP, it looks perfect. Dont know why I see that in the events screen in Process category. Can someone please guide me what should I do next. Thank you ! Best Regards, Sasha

Hello Sasha, Sorry for coming late on this. You eem to have raised 2 questions. 1) OD Monitor - Well, after generating and activating the ODL monitor, you need to run /SAPAPO/ODLR program to get the data populated as per the filter criteria defined by you. 2) EDQA Issue:- Did you assign Process category to the event POC(Change Purchase Order document). Within the process category, you also need to create condition profile for the corresponding plant. Hope this helps. Babu Kilari |
